Hi, I’m poppy
I’ve always had a fascination with babies ever since I can remember. My favourite toys as a child were my dolls, so it was no surprise when aged 19 I started my career as a nanny.
When my own son came along (10 years later) I knew I had to adapt my work life around my family, so I started night-nannying alongside being full-time mum, whilst also training to become a Paediatric Sleep Practitioner.
It has fulfilled me in more ways than I could have possibly imagined. I not only get to help my clients improve their sleep, but the direct impact on their day-to-day leads to a greater quality of life.
Better nights, mean better days.
The sleepypops Approach
The most important part of the whole process is finding a sleep training technique that is suited to you and your family.
I’m a firm believer that there is a method out there for everyone, no matter your parenting style. With this in mind, I will encourage you to consider your babies temperament, your emotional needs, and your circumstances at home. It is very much a collaborative process.
By choosing to work with me it means you’ll have access to a completely bespoke plan, and on going support throughout.

What is a ‘Diagnosis Call’?
A Diagnosis Call typically lasts around 1 hour and is held over Zoom. This is an opportunity for me to report my findings from my sleep assessment and impart some of my sleep science knowledge.
Then, I run through the different sleep training techniques, the pros and cons of each method, as well as personalisation options within those methods.
You’ll have the opportunity to think about the options we discuss. Once you’ve decided on something that you feel fits you and your family best, I can start tailoring your sleep plan.
